Our Central Coast clinic is located in Tuggerah, established to serve clients across the Central Coast region following more than a decade of outreach service in the area. The clinic is within easy reach of Tuggerah train station and Westfield Tuggerah, both less than 1.5km away.
Making an Appointment
Our clinicians are available Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm. Our Central Coast clinic offers both prosthetic and orthotic services — the only ForMotion location in NSW to do so. We welcome all clients from the Central Coast and surrounding areas for consultations, including a no-obligation second opinion. We recommend making an appointment in advance so we can give you the time and care you deserve. For certain highly specialised devices, we may recommend attending one of our other ForMotion locations.
Parking On-site parking is available at the Tuggerah Business Park. Additional street parking can be found nearby.
