ForMotion Clinic provides personalised prosthetic care and practical solutions for people with limb difference. We offer a range of prosthetic services, including lower limb, upper limb and paediatric care, along with ongoing support throughout the journey. We also provide outreach and remote services to make sure care is accessible wherever its needed.
Our Journey
Where It All Began
ForMotion Clinic began in 1998 with a small team focused on providing quality prosthetic care with genuine support. Over time, we grew alongside our patients, expanded our services to meet their changing needs. In 2024, we introduced a dedicated upper-limb clinic to better support specialised care. In 2025, we became ForMotion Clinic, joining a global network while continuing with the same team and commitment. Today, we remained focus on helping people move forward with confidence.

Emilee Pratt
My leg makes me better
Meet Emilee, a ForMotion Clinic (formerly known as APC Prosthetics) client since 2014. Emilee was born with a rare condition called tibial hemimelia, where the tibia (shinbone) is short or missing. Emilee's parents made the decision to amputate her leg when she was just 9 months old. Since then, Emilee has never let her limb difference define her or limit her ability to do what she does best.
